Welcome to Bharat Bhraman (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, booking tours, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1. Bharat Bhraman provides tourism and travel services, including guided tours, travel packages, and related services.
1.2. By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.3. All correspondence related to bookings and inquiries will be managed via our official email: bharattbhraman@gmail.com.
2.1. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
2.3. Payment methods include [list payment options, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, UPI, etc.].
3.1. Cancellations made 10 days before the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 10%. 3
.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the tour start date.
3.3. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 1 business days and will exclude non-refundable deposits and transaction fees.
4.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, as required for the tour.
4.2. Bharat Bhraman is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
5.1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
5.2. Bharat Bhraman reserves the right to deny participation to any individual deemed unfit for the tour.
5.3. Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6.1. Bharat Bhraman reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political events, or operational constraints.
6.2. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
7.1. Bharat Bhraman acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or errors by these third parties.
7.2. We are not responsible for losses, injuries, or damages arising from natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
8.1. Participants must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities.
8.2. Bharat Bhraman reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or harmful behavior without refund.
9.1. All personal information collected by Bharat Bhraman will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By booking with us, you consent to using your information to process bookings and improve our services.
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
